We are offering a one hour circuit training program designed to improve your performance for our combat arts! Whether you consider yourself to be in-shape or out of shape, this scalable, efficient routine will provide an excellent challenge to improve your conditioning, flexibility, stability and strength so you can fight longer with reduced risk of the injuries common to HEMA training.

Our annual holiday swords celebration! Fight your friends and fellow students for the best present. It's like Yankee Swap, but with swords.
To join in, you must bring a wrapped present (recommended value $15-20). Each participant has a chance to either claim a new present to unwrap, or challenge another to a duel to attempt to win their present. This continues until everyone has a gift.
Your duels can take the form of any freeplay permitted at Ottawa Swordplay (slow, full intent, trial by combat, etc). Duration of fights may be limited to ensure everyone gets a chance to duel.
You must be logged in to register.
